ABOUT ME
I graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from UCT in 2011. I started off my working life as a Community Service Physiotherapist in Port Elizabeth, where I rotated through different wards and ICU, finally finding my feet as a physio. From there I went into private practice and spent a few years working in hospitals, where I enjoyed working with ICU, post-surgical and medical patients.

Since 2015 I have been a private out-patient physio in Sea Point, developing my knowledge and gaining invaluable experience - every patient is unique and an opportunity to learn from. My years in out-patient physio have provided significant experience with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and respiratory patients, as well as orthopaedic and post-operative patients.

Although my arms are busy at work all day I try to keep moving and stay active. I love running on the mountain with our sweet rescue dog Polly - she loves it even more. I also swim, gym and am at times a keen yogi.
