About
Me
I graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from UCT in 2011. I started off my working life as a Community Service Physiotherapist in Port Elizabeth, where I rotated through different wards and ICU, while finding my feet as a physio. From there I went into private practice and spent a few years working in hospitals, where I enjoyed working with ICU, post-surgical and medical patients.
Since 2015 I have been a private out-patient physio in Sea Point, developing my knowledge and gaining invaluable experience. I love that every patient is unique and provides an opportunity to learn from. My years in out-patient physio have provided significant experience with musculoskeletal, respiratory, orthopedic and post-operative patients.
Although my arms are busy at work all day, I try to keep moving and stay active. I love running on the mountain with our rescue dog Polly, and generally staying active whether it's in a pool, at the gym or in a yoga studio.
